Following her undergraduate studies, Titone continued her education at Stony Brook University, where she earned a master's degree in geochemistry. Her master's thesis focused on the rare-earth element thorium and the speciation of fossils and sediments from the Green River Formation, showcasing her expertise in geological sciences.
